Whats the origin of the extremes?

Hello all,

I am putting my website together (learning HTML is pretty fun too) and I am going to have a little section on morphs and thier history (who produced them first and when). I could find lots of information on albinos, anerys and hypos from magazine articles and other web pages, but could'nt find much info on the extremes. Who produced the first and what line did it come from?

Also, besides the morphs listed above, the "calico" and abberant patterned hondurans (and the desginer morphs) are there any other morphs out there? I may make that part of the site a wiki so that anyone could add/edit information.

Mike Falcon was the first to produce the extreme hypos, but I am not sure about the pairing.
