The younger of my two cresties (about three months old) seems to spend an unusual amount of time around or in his water dish. He drinks out of it sometimes, but usually he just seems to be basking in its watery aura, including wading his cute little toe pads in it. This is perfectly delightful to see, and fills my mind with thoughts of him hopping gleefully off a diving board, but it also makes me wonder whether I should be concerned. Could this be a sign that the humidity level in the tank is too low? I mist my geckos' 20 gallon glass terrarium heavily twice a day, but the humidity still often drops to around 40% in this summer weather. Also, it should be noted that this gecko's older brother does not seem to share his younger sibling's romantic feelings for the water dish.

. Don’t worry about the humidity issues ambient is usually just fine. Best of Luck.
