i just saw a yong yellow male at my local pet store today and i really want him but i dont know what are his care needs. can any1 help me?

to make it short and simple, go to the deer fern farms web page, and read the care sheet, actually go through the whole site and you'll have a real good idea how to get started.

I work with this species and love them, but if you're looking for animals to handle every day, the're no good for that, they almost always remain somewhat jumpy. If you don't want ones to handle very often, a nice healthy fat one is a thing of beauty, thae males can be quite spectacular....

Definately look at different sites and make your own educated opinion on whether or not a uro is for you. I also have some note on my experiences with uros as well as some spackling of info from other sites.

Good luck, and good for you for not taking the decision lightly.
