did you use any plugins? Very nice job. What did you use as a base picture (a lucy is my guess)?

Thanks. Yup ,Lucy. No Plug ins .I'm a big believer in K.I.S.S. (keep it simple....) so path select, variations, and a little touch up with dodge & burn
