is there any breeders who have clean PURE hoggs? if so who? i have a super clean male who i believe is from sears blood line if i remember right not sure though. the hoggs i seen at the pet stores are all super speckled and ugly. i would love to find a clean girl for my boy that is pure hogg not a columbian or salmon cross. any info on where to find one?

some pure Hogs (one G) are speckled and to some people "ugly". beauty is in the eye of the beholder. i like the speckled one as well as the cleaner ones. pick up a copy of the cayos cochinos field guide (Amphibians & Reptiles of the Bay Islands and Cayos Cochinos, Honduras by McCranie,Wilson,&Kohler),right there on the cover is a highly speckled animal from the cayos cochinos. my pure Lemke line occasionally has a very clean baby in the litter, always a female. below is a pic of a very clean female next to her male sibling who has the more normal amount of speckling. thanks, john yocum
