Twas the night before Christmas and all through the snake room
Not a creature was stirring except for the Gaboon
All the snakes were nestle waiting with much anticipation
Except for those in mid copulation
For it was Christmas Eve and according to the cat
They were told that Santa would deliver a rat
So all the good snakes lay in wait
A plate of cookies they used as bait
As midnight approached the snakes were practically dying
Could this Santa be real? Or was the cat really lying?
Into the snake room entered a man jolly and fat
He went to each cage and dropped in a rat
To each little rat the snakes gave a hug and a kiss
To Santa they gave a big “Thank you” Hissssss
They heard him exclaim as they took their first bite
Merry Christmas little snakies and to all a good night!

New Incubators – yes we are in the middle of breeding season – which mean laying season is just around the corner – its time to break out the incubators (or make them) and make sure you have them up and running you never know when you will get an early clutch!!!! Don’t be left out in the cold!
