That's very big for a yearling, but better too big than small as long as you get your temps right.
Tom would be much better to ask than I, however.
Check further down on this board, and you'll find some pics of his little guys from '05, and much of his wisdom...

Oh yeah- and if you're looking for a PRIMO southern, make SURE you talk to Nokturnel Tom. This guy will DEFINITELY exceed your expectations, and cares for his animals like they're ROYALTY!!!
I got one from him a couple of weeks ago, and I'm absolutely in love with her! I know he's got a couple left from '05, and they're absolutely gorgeous!
