out of hibernation?

i live in massahcusetts and i was just curious if anyone knows what time of year garters begin to emerge from hibernation. like mid-march or so i was thinking??? or if anyone knows what temperature they come out at.

They'll come out usually from the end of March to the end of April. Depends on the temperatures...

Usually once it hits 60-65 degrees and quite sunny...
