I have a C.B. male SURINAM that is exactly 18 months old.I was wondering when male SURINAMS ARE OLD ENOUGH TO BREED? Thank You and Merry Christmas Ash Lopez

I see he's nice and light! Are you going to try and breed him? I never saw any evidence that he was producing sperm yet but that doesn't mean he's not.

Honestly, I would wait till next season. That way you'll know for sure. I'm sure he'll produce some nice babies for you at that time.

No I'm gonna let him settle in in.I MISSED THE WINDOW THIS YEAR.I'm asking the question so I could get him ready for next season.It might take take B.C.C. 3 YRS TO MATURE SEXUALLY.I don't know.That's why I'm asking.I'm in no rush I'm already working on my salmon project this year.The one answer I got was lazy.It's like saying you feed a boa when he's hungry.Ha!!!
