Last year, a couple of us from the forum, along with the head moderator, put together a Chameleon Resource page that this forum/KS is hosting. It includes the most recommended websites, vet information (states, countries, ARAV), and a section on Tips for asking questions. The idea behind it was to minimize the repetitiveness of setup questions, websites and answers to many health and other issues, which are readily available online.

The setup section can be most helpful when asking questions. Look over the information that will likely be needed in order to help you. This is especially important to both new keepers AND those who are new to this forum. You can save time (and typing for everyone!) if you answer each one, which can be easily done by copying/pasting and answering right in a post.

When you go to one of the recommended sites, PLEASE bookmark it, and even if you go there for only one article or section, go back when you have a few minutes and look around. There is not only good information, it is more current than what you will find in a book – one of the great advantages of the web!

The link for this page is within the “sticky note” Chameleon Help & Resources. at the top of the forum (above latest post) It is also listed under More On-Site Resources in the header (area above posts) and it is always in my signature - so if you don’t remember how to get there just open any post by “lele” and you’ll have it.

We hope you take advantage of it – it is there for you – by you!

thanks!
lele
