I haven't had a lot of time but I want to get out and find some herps. I've seen a lot of anoles and actually a blind snake( which is a first for me) in my grandmother in-laws backyard but I was wondering where in the ft lauderdale/miami area I could go besides the obvious national parks to look for some interesting herps? I don't want to steal any secret spots but I would like to see something interesting.

Take a drive out Tamiami trail and head towards Naples, there are soo many places to herp along the way, you wont get bored!
