That does not look like a het ivory to me. Did you purchase him as a yellowbelly? Did you get a genetics guarantee?

Looks like a normal to me.
I would say yes that is a Yellow Belly. Some Yellow Bellies vary in their pattern but they all have the same Belly Characteristics (and even it varies in the amount of speckling)and that male has them as well.

I'm not seeing the bright color, intense blushing and granite belly pattern that scream "hey I'm a yellowbelly" however there have been quite a few "ugly" yellowbellies produced lately that don't seem to have these common traits - so it's possible. If you bought him as a yellowbelly - then I hope you got him with a genetics guarantee and from a reliable source.
