this pic is fron the shell it look like a trachemys scripta but the ones from central america

but i dont know
wich one
and it was for years out in winters??

how can a RES hibernate for that long???
The underbelly looks like a RES's but i'm not sure of the shell.

you should check its health if it's still hibernating without eating.

here we have winters but not very hard winters were i live the water never frozen
i use to have outside year round graptemys ,cuora flavomarguinata,sacalias,acanthochelis spixxi,gechelone chilensis,hydromedusa tectifera,pseudemys nelsoni
for the states is like zone 9 not sure is a ore b (this zone are used for plants)
this animal dont eat now like the others but its a litle active
like all
i buy this one for a man ho is selling his colecction of animals
he used to have it in a pond
