First and last post on this forum. What took millions of years for nature and evolution to perfect, it took some human three months to mess up. I shouldnt be surprised we've done it before and we'll do it until the end of days. People suck!!!!!!

evolution hasn't perfected anything. that is the point of evolution. to EVOLVE. hybrids are sort of like an assisted evolution.

Oh come on who are you kidding. You know next reptile expo in your area your going to buy a hybrid.

While I have mixed feelings about hybrids, and you have every right to not like them, your reasoning is a bit faulty. As another poster pointed out, evolution never perfects anything- organisms are constantly changing to meet changing pressures.

Do you own a dog or cat? Those are just as "man made" as a hybrid reptile. Do you eat corn? Wheat? Rice? Or pretty much ANY grain or fresh fruit or vegetable at the grocery store? Guess what, those are ALL "man made" hybrid varieties and/or very selectively bred for larger size, excess development etc. Do you eat meat? 99% of domestic livestock in the US is a result of hybridization of some sort. Maybe not beyond species, but still, they are very far removed from their "natural state."

While I am not a huge fan of most hybrids, they have a place, and as long as they are clearly maked as such, I see no harm in them really. But that's just my opinion...

I dont eat snakes. The hybridization of reptiles in no way betters our lives. Hybrid wheat, corn, cotten etc does.

WEAK POINT

"The hybridization of reptiles in no way betters our lives. Hybrid wheat, corn, cotten etc does."

Worng again, if having a hybird makes someone happy, then it bettered their life.

If YOU don't like them, thats fine, it's your right. But you have no right to put them or the people who keep them down!!!!!

Get a life!!!!!

Good Point!

I cannot believe people actually come to this forum FOR HYBRIDS to tell us we are all horrible. Are you kidding me? This is like arguing about religion.

I think hybrids are cool, you dont, WHO CARES? I dont go into a corn snake forum and say "corn snakes suck"

You are entitled to your opinion, just as I am. In my opinion, people like you who purposely come here to tell us we suck, are immature and should find a new hobby.
