my female bearded laid eggs bout a 2 weeks ago and she is acting really weird like she keep here mouth open and she breathes like she has the hik ups, she breathes out really hard..she only does once in awhile

this sounds as a resparation faulure .
is it the last 2,3 weeks colder in the cage??
i would look for a veterian just for shure to check her out.
he wil subscribe baytril and that wil help very well.
you also can make the cage warmer during day and night.
if the temp have dropt .
