My boss's vine snakes had babies! I've heard that this hasn't happened yet in captivity. Only 6 of them. We are not sure what to feed them, maybe baby salamanders? They don't seem to care for pinhead crickets.

I just read a care sheet on them which says that they eat "geckos, anoles, frogs, and small birds", so the young should probably be fed small geckos or lizards. A reptile center near me sells baby lizards for lizard feeding snakes. Perhaps there's a place close to you that does the same? Good luck to you and your boss!

By Vinesnakes I assume you mean either some species of Oxybelis or one of the Asian Dryophis species. In either case, babies will probably be lizard feeders. I suspect you could get them taking pinkie mice with a little trickery. That would sure make them easier to raise.
Be careful to keep the hydrated. I would mist them daily since little slender snakes tend to dessicate VERY rapidly.

Obtaining young frogs and lizards is a challenge this time of year, however if it is the asian species of vine snake you have there, guppies and small minnows should work fine for several months until spring when newborn lizards and frogs can be obtained. Place the new born vine snakes in individual tall type containers (plastic pretzel jars with holes drilled are fine) with branches and vines. And on the bottom of the container add about an inch of dechlorinated water and add the guppies/minnows and the vine snakes will hang down from the branches and jab the minnow right out of the water. They need privacy at first to do this but will perform this feeding behavior in full view after a few feedings or when very hungry

That guppie idea sounds great. I'm not sure what kind they are, (my boss would know) but they look like they come from the planet venus. Skinny and with heads that look like a leaf. Thanks!
