Seems like she'e pretty much done. She was laying eggs at around midnight and this morning at 5 I saw her napping in the hole 1/2 way filled up. Gave her bit more light and she resumed the filling. I will wait few more minutes than I have to speed up the process and get the eggs in the incubators, since I cannot be late for work today (...working with another specie's eggs...). I also want to make sure I have the time to get her situated with plenty of food (this time she's getting Ca dust) and water before I leave. AT least, she is fine and didn't get egg-bound. Don't know anything at this time about the eggs, but she already looks so slimmer than I believe she really did it.
SO let me prompt my little question about eggs:
I read from the Hovabator manufacturer that breeders cover the deli cups with lid w/ holes. I saw picture of many of you in the forum where there are eggs is deli cups in the Hovabator, but I don't seem to see the lid. Not sure it was removed in order to take picture or it is simply not there.
The Hovabator I have has been running all set up for the last 2 weeks and outside the cups I have ~76-80% humidity, and in the cups is 71-74F temp, on thermostat (that I may increase to, I was thinking 78-80F)....so od I need to put the lid (with holes) on the cups? If yes, should it be thight?
Thank you, and will keep you posted with the final work...
Chiara

I can't help you with the egg incubation question (Luna was never mated), but I am sure plenty of folks will answer - or just begin a new thread.
