Extreme Hypo or T plus Albino???

davester Dec 30, 2005 03:56 PM

Well I've been researching albinism a little and albino morphs in other snake groups and it seems there is very similar characteristics between T plus albinos and extreme hypos. Most of what I have read is if they have red pupils they are albino. There are many types of albinism not just T plus, T minus, and lavender. I guess it's were you draw the line between hypo and T plus albino. In the ballpython market they've seperated hypo, from T plus albino(caramel albino), they are not compatible but when double hets bred together they made a coral glow. This coral glow maybe the answer why we are getting T plus albinos from hypo to extreme breedings. Anyways here's my male extreme 66% chance het for anery hondo, I also have a female red pupiled, light banded hypo from Don Shores which he got from Kevin Handley and was produced from extreme hypo to hypo breeding. I can't wait to see these two combined from totally seperate lines.
Happy New Year!!!
