Since leucisticism(sp?) is a lack of all pigmentation I would have to say they are the whitest.

0.1 Snow Corn "Hope"
1.0 Ball Python "Wilson" (Castaway)
1. Orange Albino Black Ratsnake "Chunk" (Goonies)
.1 Orange Albino Black Ratsnake "Peaches"
0.0.1 Mexican Black Kingsnake "Onyx"
A leucistic snake may be the whitest but it is not an albino. A leucistic snakes lacks pigment producing cells. Alibino snakes have these cells but they produce little or no pigment. A leucistic snake will have dark blue eyes and not the classic pink that you see in albinos. (There are a few leucistic albinos out there so you can find so leucistic albinos, pink eyes, for the most part they do have blue eyes)
