I'm wondering what size of tank(in gallons) would be best for 3 hatchling re-sided garter snakes, please answer A.S.A.P!

I have an 05 female Red-sided Garter, and I have her in a plastic critter type cage. 7 1/2 inchs by 5. This is a perfect size for at this time, until she starts to reach too large of a size for this enclosure. I have one small plastic water bowl with a notch cut out at the base to act as a hide, and I have a small clay pot on the other with a small hole at the top. I love these clay pots so much I use various sizes for all of my snakes. Right now I use toilet tissue as substrate. This would be an ideal size for one Red-sided hatchling. What would be good for three I can't say, because I absolutly do not place more then one snake per enclosure. Hope this helped.

Here is an end view. I placed a ruler in both pics to show size of plastic container.

With the type enclosure I have, you want to make sure that the ventilation openings on the plastic top are not too large for a very small garter hatchling to squeeze out of. Some species of garter start out very small, and might be able to escape form this type on housing. With my female red-sided, this was never an issue.
