I know some people use aspen and some use cypress bark/mulch, and of course ceder is a no no, but what about pine bedding? It smells good, seems absorbant with very little dust. Any thoughts, advice or experiences. Thanx

Pine is bad... Cedar is worse, since it is toxic, but Pine is bad. Pine oils are irritating to the skin of pythons, and it is very dusty.
