One of our new babies from last years holbacks!!!

geckosbydesign Jul 24, 2003 02:59 PM

I had a second and wanted to post this little fella. We are starting to hatch our eggs from last year's holdbacks and have been really pleased with the color and the start of the carrot in the tail so far. I think I may be keeping this little guy for the future.
Just wanted to share,
Thanks

I just spent an atrocious $900 to get a male like that. The male I got is almost full grown, but they seem very similar in color.

If you sell him for much less than I paid, I will have to pull my hair and scream...and believe me I do not look good bald. )

We are really getting great color coming in on our new hatchlings. I have two males that are incredible but have slight eyelid problems (one worse than the other)and I can not decide what to do with them. They are truly beautiful animals. I am going to wait and see later. They both are probably 12-15 grams and the carrot is really coming in. I did not inbreed at all this year in any way so I am pretty sure it was a temp. fluctuation in the incubator. The other offspring from the mom all are fine. These two were clucth mates.

ugh

Awesome looking animal! Is that a tangerine carrot tail cross or are both parents carrot tails? Ray Hine line? Either way very nice looking animal.
