well i always have been protective of my lizard and am wondering how u can tell if the male is being agreesive or just holding my female down to mate how can u tell

well the male will bite the nape of the female, and if the female "swims" when mounted or waves her arms, take the male outta there, she isnt ready. Also, obviously any blood would mean too much violence. Otherwise, let em be.
JW have you done a lot of thought in breeding dragons? the babies need constant attention and food TONS times a day. It costs a lot of money to do this, and you hardly ever make a profit, and if you do, itll be just a small one. Its good to just break even. They need correct substarte housing lighting everything more than adults, everything is vital at that young of age. I was just wondering,so if you havnt... do your research before breeding. good luck
