I got home today just in time to watch me leo lay her eggs. I wasn't prepared for them this early. I know moss or ver. is good for hatching them. But in a pinch is wet paper towels ok?

i have used perlite and have just had my first successful hatches yesterday and today. if you don't have perlite, then use what you have been using as a laying medium in your leos laying box and then switch once you get the perlite or vermiculite. paper towels may work for a short period of time, but you will need to get some perlite/vermiculite later on today or tomorrow.

I looked up and saw mine laying her second egg. And I had a calculus final to get ready for!
But now I guess I better go buy some perlite.
