shtctb's dropping

I have recently noticed that the price on SHTCT baldy's have dropped drastically. Has anyone else noticed this and does anyone have an answer to this?

The market is flooded. There are dozens upon dozens of them available. There are less baldies than others but still they are not hard to find. Supply and demand and all that.
