Silkworms

sportygurl3392 Jan 03, 2006 02:25 PM

I have heard mixed messages about silk worms.
I have heard that they are both bad for your crestie (cannot digest shell) and good (more nutrious then crix)

which is right?

thanx in advanced

I think you are mixing up mealworms with silkworms. Mealworms have a hard shell and are more fatten than crickets. Silkworms are a very softbodied worm that should not give a crestie any digestive problems.
