Sure, I'll sell you mine for $640. LOL. Actually, I would rather keep it, but $650 is a tempting number!

I'm curious do you know why this book is so expensive? Is it thousands of pages or something?

No. I think it is the fact that it is just out of print.
In fact, as herp books go, it is decent but not great. The pictures are very small but it does have keys to most species. It is more of a technical reference book than a field guide.
