SALMON BOA BREEDING QUESTION ???? need help please.

biggworm Jan 03, 2006 10:07 PM

Well,I put my male in just to test him out, and he started to go to work imediately.I checked before I went to bed and they where LOCKED up.I'm not 100% sure it was copulation since it was dark.I checked today and tonight and they aren't DOING ANYTHING.
Should I pull him out and try again in a week.Or are they just resting.I didn't plan on putting them togeather till mid January since that would make the 8 week mark for cooling.
The night temps are 70' /74' and the day temps are 80'/82'.Should I maintain that. Can I feed?

Thanks again Ash Lopez

If it was me I would leave them together. He already showed interest, So I would just leave them with each other. My boas will court heavily then take a break for a day then go right back at it. Mine also court more in the night time. just my opinion.
