What to fill cage with

I have an awesome looking oxtagon aquarium that my brother used to use for fish. I am more of a snake person. I am pretty much a beginner only dealt with corns and red tails.
So what types of snakes would be pretty, semi-arboreal, and handleable to be the center piece of my living room.

thanks in advance

you never said how large the tank was but how about a rat snake?

spotted python or rainbow boa
Unless it was huge both snakes would need more room when they got bigger as they are not specifically arboreal
