I got my first gecko yesterday. It's really cool. I've been caring for veiled chameleons but never geckos. Any bits of advice? Whats wrong the tail on mine? I'm assuming it was dropped at one point....

Very nice High-Yellow!
It appears his tail had dropped and grew back as a more bulbous apendage!
Yes, it is a lovely gecko, and there is a lovely orange tone to his legs.
I may be wrong, but I would check it's toes, as in the picture, a front toe looks like it has some left over shed on it and the same for a back claw. If the little one is having trouble with sheds, make sure a moist hide is always provided. In fact, make sure it is there even if the sheds are ok
