Hi
i think its allabout dominant behavour.
you see it also in dogs.

This mock copulation is a dominance display. The 'mating' female is showing the other she's the boss by pinning her much the same way as a male would. If the other female is showing signs of stress, loss of appetite, or getting bleeding wounds from the other female, separate them. Treat any bleeding or open wounds with neosporin and house her on paper towel till they heal, then she cna be put on whatever substrate you currently use (I can't remember if you use sand or papertowel normally).

Hi
its not so bad like they bite with blood
she let show she is boss and then the other dragon acept that .
am happy they not bite
that dragon is housed with a male.

also one dragon whas bussy against a male ,but i saw him go into brumation 4 days ago.
normaly he whas the boss.
then he start to eat les and less and saw he act like a robot and then go into his cave.
so i think because he wanted to go into brumation he let the lady go and not react like he usualy does.

i use sand for 6 years now its sand 350 degree heated and cocoodiose free .
they use this for pignons also its not so dusty.
thx for respons

I have one 5 year old male, a four year old female, and a 9 month old what i thought was a female. yesterday i notived the 9 month old with a very black throught and bobbing her head. I saw the male across the room arm waving at her. I was so confused. I tried to put the two females together, because my male was bothering the 4 year old female. I should probably mention that the 4 and 5 year old just woke from brumation.

anyway my younger female started bullying the 4 year old female, doing all the matings that a male would do. Yet, I am convinced that she is a female.

I feel so bad for my 4 year old female, aphrodite. Everyone beats the crap out of her. SHe is such a sweet dragon too.
