New Black Milks finally here w/ pix !!!!

Keith Hillson Jan 04, 2006 11:54 AM

I picked these up fromn Chip Bridges. Due to logistics (i.e. weather, Holidays etc...)it took a while for them to get to me but well worth the wait! Here they are...

Here is the yearling male. Produced by Don Soderberg from San Antonio Zoo stock. Using serpwidgets he came out at 37". You can still see some faint pattern but he is nearly all black and will be completly so I would imagine in several months.

Here is the 2005 hatch female. She was produced by Chip Bridges from San Antonio Zoo stock via Dennis Mountain. She hatched out on between Nov.9-11th of 2005 I believe.

Nice animals, I just got some from Split Rock, Couldn't be happier with them, Very inquisitive and mellow for a milksnake. Can't wait till mine start "the change"

btw Keith, Have been trying to send you a couple more photos for your site, but email keeps getting bumped back

Yeah they are mellow. I had an adult pair awhile back and they were kinda jumpy but I dont think they were held much.

Sorry about that the guy who worked on my site has been nixed off my book of good guys. My computer here at home wont allow me to do any updates (in other words its a POS). Send the pics to this address if you dont mind getula70@charter.net

Nice snakes. You'll really enjoy those black milks. They are one of my favorites.
