Sierra de San Pedro Martir mtn kings, are they still considered agalma?

markg Jan 04, 2006 02:14 PM

I had heard that the San Pedro Martir mountain kings may not be considered as L. Z. agalma in the future and may possibly be given their own subspecific status someday. Does anyone know if there is work being done on this subject?

Does anyone work with Martir animals in captivity? Seems like these animals are far and few between in the US.

hey mark,
I know of a few guys who have pure Martir snakes in their collections. But like you said, few and far between.
