anyone ever use this on a cage? i wanted to try it but wasn't sure if it would be safe.

I believe Rhino liner is a spray on rubber for truck beds, etc. I have not used it nor would I use it. The UV inhibitors and elastomeric compounds simply are not necessary for an indoor reptile enclosure and are likely more toxic than other choices.
