i have a normal male but want to get into breeding albino's. Do i have to get an albino female to produce an albino or if i get a pair of 100% or 66% het albino will they produce albino offspring and hets.

If you get an albino female you will produce hets. Then you have to breed one het male to mom. You will get 50% albinos. [on average]
