I just bought a new female. She is a bright grey color, but after a few minutes of basking she becomes white. Is this normal for a 3 inch long female? And are all Luecistics blizzards, or just the bright ones? I'll try to post a pic in a while.

Are you referring to patternless leucistic or blizzard leucistic?
There is no such thing as a "leucistic" leopard gecko...it's a common misnomer. A leucistic animal is bright white with black or dark blue eyes. Neither the blizzard or the patternless morphs fit the description of "luecistic", thou the blizzard is close.
From what you've described, it sounds like you have a blizzard. They can range from white (rare) to grey (common) to dark gray (called midnight blizzard). It's also possible to have yellow blizzards. I commonly refer to blizzards as "mood geckos" as they can change colors dramatically depending on stress and temperatures. If you keep the temps in the right area, and keep the stress low, most likely your gecko will stay bright.
