is it alive??? lots of leos won't go after frozen/thawed pinkies. what i did for my leo is i rubbed it with mealie guts and then placed it in her mealie dish...in the morning, the pink was gone, but Beanie had a suspiciously large tummy!!!!

yea its alive. shes a very picky eater she wont eat mealies. I dont want to make the pinky suffer. I dont think she will eat it. If the pinky is away from its mom without food does that make them suffer? or will they just die?
either way, the pink isn't gonna reach a good end (death by starvation stinks as well as death by being eaten). my leo didn't eat a pink the first time i tried feeding it to her, but i let the pink sit all day in a container with mealie guts and then next night she ate it. if your leo won't eat mealies, then try cricket guts instead.

It sometimes take a couple days for my females to regain their appetite after laying a clutch. I have a female that used to eat pinkies like a champ but since you started laying eggs she doesnt give them the time of day. Maybe its a mother instinct???
