woodheadd May 18, 2003 07:52 PM

I posted a pic of a snake i paid 49.95 for at a local petstore, most said it was an amel but the pic was not true color and now i think it is part creamsickle. She laid 9 HUGE eggs today, almost 2 inches long each. She was in with a normal male at the pet store,so i hope he was het. for something...hes still there for 39.95 maybe i should get him tomorrow...also had my caramel lay eggs a week or so ago and have 3 cal kings due and a okeetee het amel-yeehaw

Large eggs, small clutch is certainly characteristic of emory rats (E. g. emoryi)...so it is possible you are indeed dealing with a female from a cremecicle line. I highly doubt it would have been a straight up albino emory...those are still fairly top dollar animals you would not find in a place like a petstore.

Definetly not albino emory.Looks like it could be a cross betreew a creamsicle and snow,or creamsicle and normal amel.It was a good find to me.It was given to them along with the normal male and were housed together.I didnt get him but he is kind of differant looking for a normal so he may be het for something.Never had eggs where i didnt know what they would be when hatched, kind of cool
