Breeding them is the simple part.. getting them to pupate is the hard part.. *chuckles* You take the healthiest superworms you can find.. the biggest ones and divide them into seperate chambers.. I use one of those ebroidery floss boxes that have the seperate squares for each color.. I put one superworm in each compartment.. no bedding and no moisture.. and they'll pupate after a while of being in a darkish room temperature place. Then I remove the pupae and put them on a substrate of grain cereals, ground dog food and ground rabbit pellets...and wait for the beetles to hatch out... give them moisture every day in the form of veggies..and I put some cypress mulch in with them and toilet paper rolls for hiding and egg laying... I've got probably 400 or so baby superworms growing now.
