Very nice looking Dum!

I made a post before the Holidays asking how to post pictures... PBM explained it... and I got lazy.

So now that I have gotten off my rear here are some pictures of my girl on my bromeliad houseplant. Note in the 2nd pic the cute little dark blemish on the tip of her nose.

These were all taken today; I went a little picture-crazy. As in the previous post, the pics are of my girl "Courtney" - I let my neighbor's kid name her.

So Pythonis, how old is your Dum? You posted some great pics of him. I can't believe nobody else has replied!

Cheers

I was just looking through some of these threads today, and this picture caught my attention. That rat he is eating looks very large in proportion to the snake! My Dumerils female is roughly the same size and I still have her feeding on large mice.
Do you think I should be feeding her larger meals?
Is it difficult for the snake to ingest a meal that size?

a snake can ingest a prey item that is slightly larger than the snake. however if you feed it something too big then you have the possibility of having to deal with snake constipation later on. i usually dont feed larger meals but i will give them a "treat" every now and then.
