Any place that sells reptile supplies should have coco fiber bricks. It can be called bed-a-beast, forest bed, eco-earth, etc. www.lllreptiles.com should have it.

Right now during the winter my house get about 70-72 at day and say.. 65? at night. in the summer it gets to be 76-80. There is definatly enough heat in the summer should i get a 15W for the winter? or Should i just let it be natural?

Those are the temps I have running in my house and I don't provide a "basking" light of any sort for my crestie. She's healthy as can be.
