This has me with a question Zee. If you have "Giant"
Eastern kings, can you tell when they are babies, that they may end up being big boys and girls? Or do some of these six foot monsters start out normal sized, like a typical eastern king, and then take off in size at 6 months to a year of age? Or maybe instead of growth spurts, they grow at a normal rate their whole life, but instead of slowing down like some easterns, keep up a more moderate pace, for a longer time.

>>That IS one of my goals in breeding these guys - to see if "giants" are genetic. So far (based on most of the babies I've seen from Kevin Enge) it is. All of his babies that I've seen grow up ended up crossing the 5 foot barrier easily. . .Most of his breeding stock originated from a six foot male that he used consistently for many years!
I will be breeding TWO different pairs of giants this coming spring. Should turn out some HEALTHY babies!
