What is the closest area to California that you can catch wild corns in? Is there any area IN california? I just want to catch something interesting besides garters and dont think I am ready for rattlers! What is the most interesting snake you all have caught in Cali?

If you count the kisatchie corn, east Texas. I believe corns are located in Arkansas. There are a lot of interesting snakes in Cali. Cali kings, desert king (I think) and rubber boas if I am not mistaken. maybe someone from the area can give a better answer.
