Hey all,

so this morning i got up and checked all my cages, etc. I looked into my condas cage, and he wasn't there! I freaked, tossing the cage to make sure he didn't burrow into the substrate, he likes to do that a lot. I found him underneath my dresser coiled around my broken PS2. Well, when i pulled him out from under there, got startled, but recognized who i was and didn't get agressive or anything. He started trying to slither away, i grabbed him with my hand and he started shaking a little, like little tremors in him or something. I could tell if he was cold, or if something was wrong, or just scared. He only did it for a brief moment, only a few seconds, but it scared me. I don't want my conda sick. I used to be an EMT and it broke back seizure patient memories and i don't want that happening to my snake. After he stopped, i picked him all the way up, which he was fine with, and placed him back in his cage. He immediately tried to climb back out lol. So i got him in there and secured the cage. Last night i guess i forgot to clamp the damn thing and he must have pushed just enough to squeeze out a side. I'm actually shocked he would even try it, he's never been very curious about the outside world or anything. So....am i being paranoid or overly concerned? or should i be worried?

thanks for any responses
Jason
