That lil' guy is a Cuban croc. C. rhombifer. The diet of cubans consist of turtles and fish with the occasional small mammal.
Correct juvenile diet should consist of the same things except on a smaller scale.

Thats a cute lil Cuban Croc...But be aware..You have in your possession the devil himself..haha!..I suppose I've had more scary encounters with Cuban crocs than any other croc..When they get older they have this neat lil jump they do when they run and if your not careful it can freeze you in your tracks just out of surprise..Beautiful and ill tempered but they are without doubt my all time favorite croc.

If anything it is an Acutus. Baby Cubans are black and yellow, and have short, stout features, blah, blah, blah.
Cuba has three crocodilians, Rhombifer, Acutus, and the Fuscus sp. of caiman.
Any way, where'd you get it? That also helps as to the species, if it came directly from Cuba, There are only a few places where the crocs are bred, and all three species aren't found at every breeding facility, and the Rhombifer and Fuscus have very limited ranges in the wild, as opposed to the Acutus.

Let's just say you were a little fast out of the gate. No harm, no foul.
