what is the the difference between the spirally looking bulbs that say UV on them and the strip lamps? is it something like the spirals have UVA and UVB and the strip lamps only have UVB? are the spiral ones weaker

I have a spiral bulb. It is a ReptiSun 10.0 and says it has 10% UVB and 30% UVA. I was going to use it for the hatchling's enclosure because I have several clamp-type lamps but no strip lamp for them. But, no hatchlings, so I have not used it yet.
