actually i deliberately posted this publicly instead of emailing kevin because i wanted everyone to know they and their book were a big help to a newb like me. kind of like a public review.

way to be a wet sock!

To HOG up vaste amounts of bandwidth to post a nice remark?

What is wrong with people? I actually believe that posting something like that helps other people realize that the information might actually be understandable and more importantly a resource.

Please forgive her!

Kevin

SimplyRed - in the future please only post complaints and long questions on the outlook of the ball python market and how it is going to eventually crash taking the need for reptile laws and registration with it.

NERD - Stop being helpful in the first place and we wouldn't have to worry about people complimenting you!

Life is short, but not short enough to skip saying thanks!

LOL, I like posts like that too.... feedback on something I might decide to read is a good thing...

Isn't there a BP board somewhere that's more general chat... "life with pet BP" or something? sometimes this one is so technical..

(no offense anyone).

wftright Jan 10, 2006 07:40 PM

I think this board is supposed to be the "life with pet BP" board and the technical questions are supposed to be posted under the "Diet and Health Issues" and "Housing and Enclosures Issues" folders. However, everyone always starts the technical discussions here before the moderators move them to the other boards. I don't think that there's anything wrong with "life with pet BP" posts.

It's not how many snakes you have. It's how happy and healthy you can keep them.

you mistook this thread as something to take your anger out on. Why not post something nice like that for all to see. It happens all the time, all over the world...well except for me...nothing nice ever happens to me.

There was this one time...at band camp...

I also just finish reading "The Complete Ball Python" and totally enjoy it. Glad someone took the time to put it all together. Must read for any ball python connoisseur.

That if you had plugged one of several other breeders or websites, the moderators would have removed the threed and your account, but because its NERD who lines their pockets with gold, they over look it. The issue here is not that their book was advertised, its that no one else can do it, so why should NERD get away with it? I would love to advertise some things here, say oh I just got a copy of so and so and it was sooo good thanks!!! But every time that happens it gets removed... except this time... little weird dont you think?!?!?

nerd_inc Jan 16, 2006 07:24 PM

ROFLMAO!!!! Put down the pipe & step away from the crack rock, please! I love it when people who are afraid to put their name on their posts talk about something they know nothing about.

Line their pockets with gold, HOW????

Thanks for the laughs!

That sounds like a fine idea to me. I'm always interested to read honest evaluations of products or books wherever they appear. Why don't you post something like that?

Thanks,
Joan
