To look like this at 7 1/2 feet is surprising

Thanks, Andy. Just snapped some pics of the three FLRT's. Still need to edit and download the pics to my PC - hopefully I'll get some time this weekend so I can post them. BTW, very nice animal you have there. Take care.------RON
P.S. Here's an old photo I dug up - my appologies for the shed in the photo. This one is from the Bobo X Ms. Peaks pairing.

did you acquire her from and is that Hammond bloodline?

RON745 Jan 12, 2006 04:37 PM

Hey Mark,
How's it going? I picked this male up from Jay McLear along with a sibling female as babies back in '01. Jay produced them from parents which he puchased directly from Steve Hammond 9 years earlier. So, yes, it is a Hammond bloodline animal.
P.S. Congrats on your Suri litter. Your holdbacks are killer! Take care.-----RON

Well...I do have some heldback for myself and I hope to produce more this coming season. Cross all of your fingers and toes for me! You can never have enough Brazilians like that!!! Here is the mother to your animals.

NICE SURI! That stripe is off the chain. Is it genetic?

RON745 Jan 11, 2006 10:31 PM

Thanks, man. Yes, the stripe is genetic - the mother was a wild caught gravid striped female. She gave birth to a litter of mostly striped animals shortly after being captured. I saw two of the littermates and they were also striped. The true test will be when I breed her next year. Here's another shot

She is real nice and I hope she passes that stripe on for you next year.
