I adopted a ball python from my wife's cousin, who recently went into the military. Maybe it's just me, but he seems a bit on the slim side. He measures at a little over three feet; what kind of girth or weight should he be shooting for, approximately?

You seem to have found the wrong forum but I have a ball a little older than that. Obviously, the males aren't as girthy as the females. My male is about 3 foot 8 inches but he is slim enough that when I form a circle with my thumb and middle finger, he can fit his whole body through it with a little effort. Hope that helps.
