Thank you so much for your support. I honestly had no idea. I know I seem like an irresponsible and cruel owner but I am honestly dedicated to the absolute health and well being of my chameleon. I had no idea that this was going on, honestly. I have seen this vet multiple times and has never mentioned it, so I never suspected anything wrong. I feel terrible not letting these things go noticed. I will keep up with you. I will help you help me..

Here is the vets meds- 15cc of calcium gulcisanate (major spelling check) twice a day. 15cc of antibiotic once a day

His watering system is a bowl with a bubbler system. I also mist his cage twice daily. Its odd becuase I have seen him drinking out of his bowl multiple times, maybe somthing has changed and he doesnt drink out of it. I definetly will buy a good dripper system.

Keep me posted on any other info needed or need to be more specific about.

This pic was taken tonight
I will get a pic of his set up tommorow

I'm glad you got him to a vet! I hope he does well. You should probably just take the bubble bowl out of the cage. Most, if not all, chameleons will not drink from them.

hello, its hard to tell but your pic from coming home from the vets looked pretty bad but by the looks of this last pic he has sprussed up from the stress of the trip. I havent heard your hole story but i do know sometimes things happen with chams even if you spend all your time learning about them.I would sugest a drip systom they are so simple and in my opinion make a world of diference. To me most of the books and articles I have read containing the bubbler meathod of hydration also suggest that chams have been known to drink from them. It is just not natural for chams to gererally drink from standing water nor go to the bottom of the cage to get it leaving itself vulnerable . I wish you the best of luck with him. I am by no meanes a professor on chams but these peaple on this forum good and are fellow enthusiests who also want to learn as much as they can. Jusst learn from your mistakes and do your best to perk him up. I think it is very posible. Do you raed the chameleon news? I love that site and is is prob the greatest resourse of cham info out there. Make shure to keep posting. There are some people(like me) who read the forums everyday but just dont post all the time. I really hope things work out with the cham.
best wishes
kevin
